
Keeping a diet is a good method to cleanse your body and to lose weight. A diet helps an organism to recreate and rejuvenate, and improves digestion.
But diet is a specific thing. Not every diet can suit personally you. So be very careful when you choose one. The most reliable determinant of what you should or shouldn’t eat is your organism. So listen to it more than to other recommendations.
The best diet is, of course:
1) active life (favorite hobby, pleasant work);
2) regular physical exercises (to the best of your ability);
3) usage of healthy food: vegetables, fruit, porridges; small usage of sweets (especially sugar); stodgy (meat), spicy (red pepper), junk (chips) food;
4) “no nerves” (depression, low spirits);
5) full and sound sleep.
It is very important to concentrate yourself on food while eating (no TV, books, newspapers and other disturbing elements). It is good to eat heartily.
Among products that help greatly in weight loss are cabbage and pineapple. It is useful to combine them with other food.
It is recommended not to eat at least 4 hours before going to bed.
Perhaps it is difficult to follow all recommendations at once, so use the method of “increasing”: firstly ban yourself one thing, and then work more and more at self-improvement.
But the main rule is: Don’t be a weight losing fanatic.
Relax, and remember that perseverance wins.
